At Cloudberries, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply ensure your pieces are in their original condition to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
